photograph usage rights
Photograph Usage Rights:
Ownership: All photographs taken by Marius Mocanu Photography remain the exclusive property of Marius Mocanu Photographer.
Permitted Uses: The client is granted non-exclusive rights to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on social media, personal blogs, and personal printing.
Hence, you are allowed to use them for personal enjoyment, sharing on social media, displaying in your home, or even on a personal blog. However, you wouldn't be permitted to use them in advertisements, marketing materials, or any other ventures intended for commercial gain without obtaining additional permissions or licensing for commercial use.
Attribution: When sharing the photographs, the client agrees to give proper credit to Marius Mocanu Photography as the photographer.

Modifications: The client shall not alter, edit, filter, or manipulate the photographs in any way that could distort or misrepresent the original intent of the images.
Commercial Use: Any use of the photographs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, or resale, requires prior written consent from Marius Mocanu Photography.
- Photographs following TFP (Time For Print) sessions are not to be used for commercial purposes.Model Releases: It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary model releases or permissions from individuals depicted in the photographs.
Third-party Sharing: The client shall not sublicense, sell, distribute, or share the photographs with third parties without explicit permission from Marius Mocanu Photography.
Duration of Rights: These usage rights are granted in perpetuity, meaning there is no expiration date for personal, non-commercial uses.
By accepting these Photograph Usage Rights, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms outlined above.
